After ChatGPT hit the market and LLMs (Large Language Models) took the world by storm, our team quickly evolved from previous-gen, NLU-based Conversational AI to LLM-based Generative AI. We were first to market with a customer-facing Generative AI Assistant and continue to lead the market in deployments. And while we started Quiq with a focus on digital channels, we’ve also added Voice AI and Email AI to round out our suite of AI offerings.
