June 23–26, 2026 at Big Sky Resort in Big Sky, Montana. Plan to arrive Tuesday afternoon and depart Friday morning.

Fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), about an hour from the resort. We’ll have shuttle windows scheduled around common flight times — details will be shared closer to the event. Heads up: Uber and Lyft aren’t available in Big Sky, so plan to use our shuttles or a rental car.

Think smart casual for sessions and dinners, and bring layers and comfortable shoes for outdoor activities. Montana evenings can be cool even in June, and one afternoon will be spent outside — whether that’s on the river, on horseback, or on a trail. We’ll send a detailed packing guide before the event.

Around 35 CX leaders from brands across industries, plus 15–20 members of the Quiq team — including leadership, product, and engineering. It’s intentionally intimate so you can have real conversations, not just exchange business cards.

On Thursday afternoon, you’ll choose from curated Montana experiences like whitewater rafting on the Gallatin River, guided horseback riding, a wellness session, or a scenic chairlift and guided hike. You’ll select your preference when you register.
