Our Policy & Commitment
At Quiq, Inc. we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. Our goal is not only to meet the industry standard, WCAG 2.2 AA, but to go beyond it when possible. We want anyone accessing Quiq’s Conversation Starter and WebChat assets with assistive technology to have a positive experience.

We are dedicated to ensuring our Conversation Starter and WebChat product is accessible for all, and are committed to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. This dedication also includes complying with regulations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
To accomplish this, we make Accessibility a priority during our release cycle. This includes:
- Designing our products and features with Accessible users in mind
- Testing our products before release using both manual and automated techniques
- Engaging third-party auditors to conduct regular compliance audits
- Listening to feedback from customers and users
- Systematically tracking both remediation and new feature progress to drive quality improvements
